3. Why we use it

  • to create and run your account and deliver the Service, including AI evaluation of your answers and personalisation based on your learning history;
  • to process payments, subscriptions and auto-renewals, and to issue invoices;
  • to send you service messages, reminders and (where permitted) updates about new features;
  • to measure and improve the Service and our advertising;
  • to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We use your information only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use student data shared by partner institutes to train AI models.

  • By signing in, you agree to this policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or writing to the Grievance Officer. Some features may then stop working.
  • The app asks for camera, photo, microphone and notification access only for the features that use them. You can change these permissions in your device settings.

  • On iOS, advertising tracking follows your App Tracking Transparency choice.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

  • the service providers in Section 6, which process it on our behalf under their contractual data-protection terms;
  • your coaching institute, if you joined through one — limited to what the institute’s agreement with us allows (for example your enrolment status, or your evaluations where the institute runs the evaluation programme);
  • authorities, where the law, a court order or a lawful government request requires it; and
  • a successor entity, in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

6. Our service providers

Our service providers are Google (cloud hosting, AI, analytics, push notifications and email), Microsoft Azure and MongoDB Atlas (databases), PhonePe and Apple (payments), Meta (messaging and advertising), MSG91 (SMS) and Sentry (app error reports). They process personal information on our behalf, only for the purposes in Section 3 and under their contractual data-protection terms. Some of them process data outside India; each maintains a level of data protection at least equivalent to that required under Indian law, and by using the Service you consent to this. We will update this list before we start using a new provider.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in Section 3, or as the law requires. When you delete your account, we delete your identity details, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment, mandate and invoice records.

8. How we protect it

We follow a documented Information Security Policy and report security incidents as the law requires. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will inform you where the law requires it.

9. Your rights

  • Access and correction: you can review and correct your information in the app, or ask us to.
  • Deletion: you can delete your account in the app or by writing to us.
